Clarence A. Pulkrabek, age 88, of West Fargo, passed away on June 3, 2017 at Villa Maria Nursing Home, Fargo. Clarence was born on September 4, 1928 in Hutchinson, MN to Wencel and Caroline (Wosmek) Pulkrabek. He enlisted in the Army National Guard in 1951 and was involved in the Korean War. On June 5, 1956, Clarence was united in marriage to Marie Miller in Renville, MN. He worked for Frederickson’s Well Inc. from 1954 to 1966 in Hutchinson, MN and transferred to West Fargo and continued working until 1975. The company was renamed to LTP Enterprises in 1975 where he continued working until his retirement in 1993. He loved spending his time hunting, fishing, and at his cabin on Lake Maud. Clarence is survived by his wife, Marie, West Fargo; his children: Bruce (Deb) Pulkrabek, West Fargo; Arlette Pulkrabek, Silver Lake, MN; Brad (Kathy) Pulkrabek, Aurora, CO; grandchildren: Brooke (Joe) Mechtenberg; Tyler (Brittany) Pulkrabek; Kasey (Jeremy) Pulkrabek, all of Minneapolis, MN; and Kendra Pulkrabek, Aurora, CO; great-grandchildren: Teagan, Aria, and Ivy Mechtenberg; siblings: Evelyn Lenz, Angie Klein, and Leonard Pulkrabek. He is preceded in death by his parents and 10 siblings. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, June 9, 2017 with a visitation 1 hour prior to services at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, West Fargo. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with a 7:00 Prayer Service on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center, Fargo; Online guestbook available at www.boulgerfuneralhome.com

  1. We are so sorry about Uncle Clarence!! He is going to be greatly missed! I am so happy that Brion & I were able to see him before he passed. I know he knew who we were and that really meant a lot. Hugs to you Marie, and the rest of the family.

  6. Marie, The two of you have always been favorites of mine, and Johnny’s. I will always remember how good Clarence made me feel when I just just a young kid in the business. I am sure he made everyone feel the same with his demeanor and his genuine smile.
