Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I thought the world of Elaine. She always treated me as though I was part of her family. I will miss her dearly, but I take consolation in the fact that she now rests in confidence in the faith she held so dear.

  2. Woody and family-I am so sorry to read that your wife has passed. May you and your family rest in the peace that Jesus can give.

  3. To Woody and family,
Fond memories of Elaine linger in mind of all the wonderful times we shared as children and young adults: Roller skating every Saturday night at the Oakes Armory, every 4th of July picnic, every Christmas Eve. Sharing gifts, every Sun. Afternoon playtime, playing piano duets,
Singing and dancing. What wonderful memories! I feel blessed with these childhood memories. We shared the same DNA.
Our thoughts are with you Woody . God bless you and your family
    Helen and Gerald Lamson

  4. I’m so sorry for your painful loss and extend my sincere condolence to your family. Even though Elaine will be sorely missed and it’s only natural to grieve, there is hope. In the bible book of Isaiah chap 25 verse 8 our Creator promises us “he’ll swallow up death forever: And remove the tears from all faces.” At another place he promises to “remove all sickness” as well. This he will do when His Kingdom rules this earth. So Until then pray for Gods Kingdom to Come.

  5. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dwight is a dear friend of mine, as was his late wife LeeAnn. If you read this Dwight, I’m sending big hugs your way! My son, Bobby Laughery, sends you hugs as well!

  6. Deepest sympathy from your next door neighbor (way back!) on 2nd Street.
    Mary (Markey) and Everett Johnson

  7. Brenda and family

  8. Dear family we are saddened to learn of your loss. Elaine will be greatly missed by many. We regret that we will be away and unable to attend the funeral, but know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. Judy and Greg Peterson

  9. Sorry to read about Elaine’s passing, we were neighbors on 2nd. Street in Fargo.
Growing up the Stordahls were great people to have next door.

  10. Lisa. Im so sorry you have lost your mom. I will continue to hold you and your family near to my heart.
