Michael "Mick" T. Wahl
June 2, 1957 ~ October 19, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Michael T. Wahl—known to family and friends as Mick—announces his passing in his home in Fargo on Friday, October 19th, at the age of 61, after an extended illness.
Mick graduated from Fargo North High School in 1975. He worked at American Linen, then Dakota Electric Supply Company before starting his career with the Post Office in 1987. He officially retired from there in April after more than thirty years of service. He was an excellent marksman, a lover of old westerns and horror movies, and a hardcore Stephen King fan. His house held more books than he could possibly read in a lifetime, and he will always be remembered for his fondness of reading.
He is remembered with love by his children, Amy Wooton and Brianne (Trevor) Norgaard, from his first marriage to Lyn Sanders (Swalstad); Heather (Nick) Graves and Courtney Wahl from his second marriage to Kris Rosdahl (Kupferschmid). He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Blake, Cullen, Wyatt, and Ava; his father and stepmother, Wally and Roberta; and his brother, Dave. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys.
At the request of Mick, no funeral will be held. Instead, a memorial service will take place at Hope Lutheran Church North Campus in Fargo on Saturday, November 17th at 2:00pm.

My prayers and sympathies to Mike’s family. I was a classmate from Fargo North High and we were Facebook friends. I always enjoyed hearing from him. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace Mike.

I remember quite well as children how big of a gang we had when we visited Walter and “Gusty “ in Wing! Good times and lots of laughs that I suppose everyone misses. Proud to say I loved Mick and his family and give my deepest regards in this time of mourning. RIP Your cousin Dennis
Mike was a co-worker at the Post Office. We shared much of our political philosophy and talked firearms and politics frequently. He could be quite humorous in his observations on people and events. Rest in peace, Mike.
