Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Gertrude, may you rest in Peace. I have many fond memories of great conversations on Sunday afternoons after mass in San Lorenzo. I have no doubt that you will guide us all on the right path. RIP.

  2. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one, please accept my condolences during this painful time. Losing a loved one is distressing and as comfort is needed from family and friends, it is my hope your family will find comforting the promise at Isaiah 25:8 where we are assured that soon “death will be swallowed up forever.” It is my hope your family will find the strength to endure during the days ahead.

  3. Some people bring joy to your heart without knowing it. St. Gertrude did this for me. During my short visits with her, she always made me feel appreciated for the work I was doing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Jennier

  4. It is with a tear in my eye but with a smile in my heart with happy memories of you I leave this message.
You always promised to storm Heaven for us all, Blessed to have know you.
    May you rest in Peace.

  5. Dear Sister Gertrude,
Thank you for all the prayers comfort and caring you have provided to so many through out your life. Thank you for being so noble as to be much more concerned about the well being of others than yourself. When you came down with cancer and I reached out to you. You said to me, “I will pray for you.” Thank you for being so strong. Thank you for praying for me.
    Rest in Peace.

  6. Gertrude, words cannot express how sad we feel at your passing nor overlook the joy when you were with us. We join with our family, friends and neighbors past and present to mourn your passing. Thank you for embracing all the extended family and there friends. The love you have extended continues to grow. My two beloved grand children are saddened at your passing. We hope that you will intercede on their behalf now and in the future. Our sons’, Michael and Chris, will always miss your friendship and kindness. We hope that you will intercede for their happiness, health and success. Needless to mention, our loving parents are always in our thoughts. Gertrude, you are the brightest star on our horizon. Send regards and love to all our friends and family who are still with us and also those that have passed before us. XXXXXXOOOOOOO
