Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Words cannot express my sadness hearing about Tricia’s passing. We grew up together and shared too many memories to count. Please know that I pray for the family that God will comfort you and give you peace during this most difficult time.
RIP my dear friend. Love you always.

  2. My heart is broken…
Yet I laugh as I gather only a few of our memories we shared together on film. I know you are cursing me right now for posting photos of you in your wheelchair but your expressions truly came out in these photos. ❤
I miss the 8 a.m. mornings where we’d sit in my yard. I’d be down on my knees picking weeds and you’d sit there telling me where I had missed a weed. I’d laugh and threaten to pull your ass out of your chair to help me if you kept it up and we’d both giggle.
I miss us jumping in your van and loading up the kids and going on adventures. Like the time you decided you wanted to go see the Extreme Home Makeover in Moorehead. I was down for anything! When we arrived on site, we played along, acting as though we were part of whatever group, because THE CREW “assumed” since you were in a wheelchair we belonged in the front row like the rest of the group!! 🤣 You were always such a rule follower and was mortified that I was “making you” break a rule!! We had such a blast that day and you were in ga-ga land for months because Ty touched your hand. 🤮
I remember our annual Jack Attack 5K walks to knock out SMA. We were fighting for a cure for you and each year more and more memories were made. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
I remember the phone call I received when you broke your leg. I remember spending that next week by your side preparing for surgery and helping with the recovery process. I’ll always treasure that you trusted me enough to want me to come back to the O.R. and for being allowed to come back to the O.R. so that I could ensure you were transferred over to the table safely and that your breathing machine was running correctly for anesthesia.
There are so many shenanigans that we pulled off together. You never allowed that chair to get in your way. You were an amazing mom, wife, and most of all friend. I love you more than anything and miss you like crazy already. My trips to Fargo always included stopping to visit you and oh how it’s going to be so different in the future. 💔
    Fly high beautiful. 😇
