Phillip S. Hebert, age 56, passed away at his home in Fargo on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Phil was born June 4, 1969, in Grand Forks, ND, to Richard “Dick” and Carole Hebert. He graduated from Kennedy High School in 1987 and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota in 1991.

Phil raised his children in Warren, MN, before moving to Fargo, ND, in 2013. Throughout his life, he enjoyed pursuing various business ventures, reading, practicing taekwondo, and spending time with his family.

Phil is survived by his father, Dick (Audrey); his children, Allyson, Alex, Emma, Troy, Tyra, and Trey; his sister, Tami; and his brother, Chris (Bobbie Jo). He was preceded in death by his spouse, Shannon, and his mother, Carole.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the New Life Center (located at 1902 3rd Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102).
