Kathryn “Kathy” Frost, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, at the age of 82. Kathryn was born on May 11, 1939, the daughter of Alex and Bertha Punton. She grew up on the family farm near Page, ND, and attended school graduating from Page High School. She also attended Interstate Business College in Fargo. Kathy worked for many years as an executive assistant in Fargo. Family was the most important thing Kathy – she loved the time spent with her children, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was the glue that held the family together – always putting everyone else’s need first. She loved her flower and vegetable gardens, and her many cats throughout her life. Kathy is survived by her children – Kimberly (Terry) Bommersbach of West Fargo, ND; Kari Frost of Fargo, ND; and Kendel (Sonja) Frost of West Fargo, ND; her grandchildren – Kristen (John) Scheving, Thomas (Alexandria) Frost, and Jonathon Frost; her great grandchildren – Taylum, Sophia, Vincent, and Kya. Kathy is also survived by her two brothers – Alex Punton and Chuck Punton; and a sister in infancy, Patricia. Kathy was preceded in death by her grandson, Brian Bommersbach; and her parents. Celebration of Life Service: 11 AM Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo – with a gathering one hour prior (livestreamed on the funeral home website) Burial: a private family burial will take place at the Buffalo Cemetery in Buffalo, ND

  3. I was shocked and saddened to see Kathy has passed. I did her hair for the last several years. We always had great chats. She was very proud of her family, I could feel her love for all of you with her words about you. Those great grandkids were such a joy to her.
