Guestbook

  1. There is a connection between an aunt and her nieces. A bond that transcends time. Aunt Margaret will forever be in our hearts.
    Much love from her nieces,
    Mary, Pam and Patti
In lieu of flowers, a donation has been made in Margaret’s name to the Fargo Sanford Friends of the Family/Direct Patient Assistance program.

  2. I will miss Aunt Margaret greatly, especially her sense of humor and her story telling, along with our long phone conversations! Who will provide all the solutions for our gardening challenges with nature?! Our prayers are with all the Preston family as you all grieve the loss of both parents/grandparents/great grandparents in such a short period of time. Love and blessings being sent your way, Marilyn and Rollie Gates

  3. MARGARET WAS A LOVING PERSON, ENJOYED OUR VISITS AS THE P.O. IN GRANDIN. I AM SO SORRY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR MOM AND DAD. THEY ARE ONCE AGAIN TOGETHER AS THEY HAVE BEEN FOR SO MANY YEARS. GOD BLESS THE FAMILY.

  4. Your mom has a special place in my heart and is now with your dad…together again
“It is in dying that we are born to life”
    Sending sympathy, prayers and hugs…

  5. Margaret and John couldn’t be separated for long after 74 years of marriage, and now they are together again in a better place. Our thoughts and sincere condolences go out to the Preston family. In friendship, Tom and Janice

  6. Richard, John, and all the family of Margaret, my sincere and heartfelt sympathies…

I just learned of Margaret’s passing and am saddened the family must grieve so soon after the loss of John, her beloved husband and family patriarch. I have much to be thankful for in knowing your Mom and consider her influence on my own life a remarkable achievement of trust by her. Thanks Richard for allowing me to know your Mom better and for allowing me to make the decisions I did in following her in Federal service. Her generosity will never be forgotten.

God Rest the Soul of Margaret; may she be reunited with her true love John, eternally together with their Creator
