Annette L. Bauer, age 69, of Fargo, ND, went to be with the Lord on October 26th, 2011.
Annette was born December 5, 1941 to Arthur and Georgine Gullickson in Underwood, N.D. She graduated from Minot High School in 1959. On July 10, 1960 she married Wayne H. Bauer in Minot, ND.
She raised her family on a farm near Max, ND where she loved the outdoors. She began her cosmetology career in her home and later completed cosmetology school. She opened her own beauty salon “Designer’s Lane” in the late1970’s in Max. Annette and Wayne moved to Fargo in 1988 where she loved being with her children and grandchildren. She loved sharing her love for Christ to her family and friends. She felt a calling to reach out to those in need. She had a love for crocheting and crafts. She spent many hours studying the bible. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church where she served as Stephen Minister.
She is survived by her husband Wane Bauer of Fargo; one son, Tim Bauer of Max; two daughters, Cynthia (Alan) Weishaar of Horace, ND and Angela (Steve) Erickson of Fergus Falls, MN; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren plus 1 on the way; one brother, Allan (Susan) Gullickson of Sioux Falls, SD; 2 sisters, Carolyn (Marlow) Bakken of Duluth, MN and Lela Dluzen of Fargo; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Annette was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Georgine Gullickson, one brother-in-law, Wayne Dluzen, and a nephew, William A. Gullickson.
Annette will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
