Memorial Services
Memorial Services allow for more time to think about the service details. This also means that you can set up a time for the service that you know all who would like to attend will be able to.
A memorial service can be conducted at any time that fits best into your schedule; however, be sure you don’t let too much time go by.
A memorial service can be religious or non-religious (secular).
First, choose the memorial service time and location.
The Memorial service can be elaborate or simple. You can ask guests to contribute food items or order catered food and refreshments, you may or may not want to organize a program with music, speakers, decorations, etc.
Livestream and Recording Options
A livestream is an actual film of the services as they are taking place. It is provided for viewing on our website publicly for family and friends to view if they aren’t able to attend in person. This is available at no additional charge and the recording would be posted to our website following services.
Picture Tribute Videos
There is no better way to remember your loved one than with a special personalized slideshow tribute. Our video program incorporates your family’s pictures with music into a presentation that can be played at the visitation, during the service or at the conclusion of the service. We can even post the video online for family and friends around the world to see and purchase additional copies on DVD or USB to share with generations to come.
Professional Services
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
Our charge includes consultation with the family or responsible party; staff and facilities to respond to initial requests for service; coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased; securing official documents and necessary registrations and sheltering of the deceased. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.
Embalming
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial. There is no additional charge for preparation following autopsy or organ donation.
