Beatrice Frovarp
August 4, 1930 ~ December 28, 2010
Beatrice Frovarp passed away on Tuesday, December 28 at Bethany Retirement Living, Fargo.
Beatrice Nilles was born August 4, 1930 at Casselton, ND to Herbert and Mary (Kuklok) Nilles. She grew up in the Casselton area and attended Rush River School, graduating from Sacred Heart Academy in 1948. She married Curtis Frovarp in Casselton in 1955. Beatrice worked at the Red Owl Grocery Store in Casselton, ND, Dayton Warehousing and Bethany Homes, both in Fargo, ND. She retired in 1997 and began volunteering at Bethany Towers II in serving meals to the residents. She was also very active at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on the Funeral Committee and other volunteer work.
She is survived by one son: Calmer (Julie) Frovarp, Moorhead, MN; five daughters: Cathy (Keith) Faller, Horace, ND, Diana (Brian) Ouellette, Fargo, ND, Colleen (Barry) Carlson, Moorhead, MN, Barbara Ferrari, Glyndon, MN, Sheila Frovarp, Kindred, ND; two sisters: Genevieve Tougas, Fargo, ND, Lois (Myron) Hovden, Fargo, ND; 11 grand-children, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her sister Rosemary Boyle, brother, Jerome Nilles and grandchildren, Sean Frovarp and Joni Carlson.
The family of Beatrice would like to thank the staff of Bethany Retirement Living for their care during this difficult time of her life.

My prayer and sympathy to each of you as you grieve the death of Beatrice. I am a classmate from 1948 and am so sorry I was not able to be with you at the prayer service or the funeral. What a generous and loving person! She is now in the loving presence of the God she loved and served all her life. We did a lot of fun things together, and yes, she was always willing to help and volunteer whenever she was asked. May she rest in peace.
