Bernadine Medler

Bernadine Mae Medler, 64, Jamestown, ND, formerly of Fargo, died Thursday, April 3, 2003, in Jamestown Hospital. Bernadine Dwyer was born May 20, 1938, in Fargo. Her family and friends lovingly gave her the nickname Bunny as a young child. Bunny grew up and attended school in Fargo. As a young woman Bunny enjoyed traveling and meeting new people. She married Gary Medler on January 7, 1966, in Fargo. They were the parents of a daughter, Ellen. In 1978, she moved to Jamestown. She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Watson, Redwood Falls, MN; her parents, Clyle and Helen Dwyer, Fargo; one brother, Greg (Vicki) Dwyer, Fargo; and 10 sisters, Teresa (John) Rieniets, Claudia (Steve) DuBord, Maureen (Roger) Cook, Yvonne (Ralph) Nordick, Deanna (Red) Scheer, Mary Chezick, all of Fargo, Colleen (Duaine) Hillstad, Moorhead, Janet (Jeff) Tennison, Dilworth, Terri (Keith) Lauer, Bismarck, and Pauline (Donny) Noon, Wilton. She is preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Wright. A funeral mass will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. in Church of the Holy Spirit, Fargo. Visitation will be held Sunday from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Fargo.
