C. Bernice, "B", Majors, 92 of Fargo, died Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Merit Care Hospital in Fargo. B was born on September 15, 1916 at Hettinger, North Dakota. She grew up in Bismarck, ND where she graduated from St. Mary?s High School. She attended St Catherine?s College in St. Paul, MN. On June 17, 1940, she married Bernard J Majors in Bismarck. She met Bernie while in a production at Cathedral Players. They moved to Fargo where they lived for the rest of their lives. B worked as a Realtor after the death of her husband. B was a volunteer for the March of Dimes for 40 years and was a charter member of St. Johns Auxiliary. She volunteered at Opportunity School and was a charter member of Nativity church. B was an active member of the ND Dem-NPL for 60 years and was an election judge into her 80?s. B was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bernie, her sisters, and her daughter in law Barbara Lake. B is survived by her brother, John Wagner of Bismarck, ND; her children, Lynne (John B.) Meckstroth of Maple Grove, MN, B. Joseph (Susan) Majors of Wadena, MN, Mary Majors of Centuria, WI, John Majors of Moorhead, MN and Jane (Dan) Thomas of St. Paul, MN; 5 grandchildren, Michael, Kate, Megeen, McAdam and Annie; 3 great grandchildren, Alec, Emma and Garrett; 3 step grandchildren, Sarah, Ben and Ashley and 5 step great-grandchildren, Kasey, Alex, Hanna, Jacob and Courtney. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to donor?s choice. Visitation: Tuesday, April 28 from 5-7 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. Prayer Service: Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial Mass: Wednesday, April 29 at 2:30 pm at Nativity Catholic Church, Fargo. Final Resting Place: Holy Cross North Cemetery, Fargo. Arrangements entrusted to Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
