Bernice Mohn, 89, Hillsboro, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Hillsboro Medical Center, Hillsboro.
Bernice was born June 8, 1926 at Buxton, North Dakota to Knute and Thea Rystad. She attended school in Traill County. Her first job was as a telephone operator in Buxton. During that time, she met Burnett Mohn. They were married June 15, 1945 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She sold Avon for 35 years. She loved to visit with anyone and play BINGO and cards. She was so musical and could play the organ, accordion, piano and guitar without ever having had a lesson.
She is survived by a son Bob (Mary), daughter, Vicki (Marvin), grandchildren, Lisa (John), David (Candyce) and Jennifer (Tony), Cherae and Travis, Brianne (Alan), Ciara (Jared) and Lucas, and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Wildeman-Boulger Funeral Home, Hillsboro from 6:00-7:00 P.M.
Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Climax Lutheran Church, Climax, MN.
Burial: Grue Cemetery, Buxton, North Dakota
