Beverly M. Moran, 79, Fargo passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Bethany Retirement Living, Fargo. Beverly was born February 7, 1936 to Henry and Rose (Cossette) Savageau. She attended school at Fargo Central before marrying Douglas Moran on September 24, 1955 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Fargo. Beverly and Doug were foster parents to many children in Fargo throughout the years. She worked as a cook at the Jail and worked in Hornbacher’s deli for several years. She was an active member of Nativity Catholic Church and served as Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed traveling to the casino, playing bingo, baking, crafts and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Bryce) McGillis, West Fargo; sister, Gloria Ibach, Fargo; brother, Conway Savageau, San Francisco; grandchildren, Bryce (Sonya) McGillis II, Jeremy McGillis, Billie Jo Kasin; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Alexander, Connor Kasin and Allanna McClung. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Douglas in 2009; sisters, Gladys, Bonnie, Betty, Shirley; brothers, David, Charlie; foster daughter, Beth Cuhna and great-grandson, David Kasin Jr. Prayer Service: 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo with visitation starting at 6:00 P.M. Funeral Mass: 2:30 P.M. Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Nativity Catholic Church, Fargo with visitation starting at 1:30 P.M. Burial: St. Benedict Catholic Church Cemetery, Wild Rice.

  1. Dawn, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m not very good about what to say when something like this happens.
    I can tell you this though, I have a lot of very good memories with your mom and all the great fun times we all shared at grandpa Fred’s. I want you to know that my thoughts and my prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

    I remember seeing and speaking to you and your Mom at Bingo on Saturdays in past years.
    Dorothy and I sat not too far from you. You and your Mom seemed to have so much fun.

    So sorry for your loss. I loved your mom and was so thankful to see the two of you at Bingo over the past few years. Now she is with your dad where she wants to be.

  4. I got to know Bev at the 8A.M mass at Nativity
    also found out she was the generous person who brought delicious baked goods for coffee.In prayers and sympathy.
