Bradley Rosendahl

Bradley (Brad) J. Rosendahl, age 59, of Meridian, ID, formerly Finley, ND, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2010 at St Alphonsus Hospital in Boise ID. Brad was born on September 16, 1950 in Sharon, ND, to Alfred and Ardelle (Ask) Rosendahl. He attended school in Finley, ND, and graduated from Finley High School in 1968. After graduation he entered the United States Air Force and served for four years. He then went to work for the United States State Department in Washington DC first in foreign service and then worked state side until his retirement in 1998. After retirement he moved to Boise ID. He worked part time for AT&T setting up communications for presidential travels. Brad was an avid golfer and he spent many hours at the Banbury Golf Course in Eagle, ID. He was instrumental in volunteering at many events including the National Girls Junior Golf Tournament. He is survived by his mother, Ardelle Rosendahl, Fargo, ND; brother Gary (Jeanne) Rosendahl, Shakopee MN; sister, Arlene (Mark) Francis, Harwood ND. Brad had one nephew, Christopher Rosendahl, and three nieces, Stephanie Rosendahl Duensing, Angela Rosendahl, and Brenda Francis. He also has three great nieces, Abigail and Anna Duensing, and Brieanna Rosendahl. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Funeral services will be held at Boulger Funeral Home on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 2 pm with visitation 1 hour before the service. Burial will be at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Mandan, ND on Monday, January 25, 2010.
