  1. Art, Rena, Jayson, Chasidy and kids,

Sending love and prayers to all of you. I am grateful that I was able to speak with Branden while he was in the hospital. He no longer has to fight so hard to be strong. He is in the hands of the lord now and pain free. Please let me know if I can help you in any way.

  2. I didn’t get to know Branden well, but what I knew of him will last me the rest of my life. I would have given the shirt off my back to help him out. A very kind man for sure. Our prayers.

  3. Chas, Dylen, Hailee, and Layla: Your Uncle Branden was a very special man. Please always remember that what ultimately caused his death is not a reflection of who he was. The “core” of who Branden was, was a kind, loving, concerned, smart, amazing man. I loved how honest he was with all of you and how his poor decisions had led him to where he was. But poor decisions do not ever define who a person is. What defines someone is how they take ownership in those decisions, but also in how much joy, love, and happiness they bring to those they touch in their lives. I wasn’t as lucky as all of you to know Branden as long as you did, but in tbe short time that I did know him, I can tell you this: Branden’s heart, love, and desire for a better life filled every room he entered. He made me want to appreciate love more than ever before. I love how much he loved all of you. Remember that his love now carries you through all of life’s troubles. You have your own special angel in heaven. This is such a gift. Of course you’d rather have Branden back, but since that’s not an option-embrace love. Embrace God. Embrace growth. Embrace that you have an Angel…your very own angel. I love you all. Kim
