Obituary

Carol G. Morris, 72, Fargo, died October 21, 2004 at Innovis Hospital, Fargo, ND surrounded by her loving family.

Carol Genevieve Williamson was born April 21, 1932 on a farm near Montpelier, ND to William and Emma (Dahlke) Williamson. She lived on the family farm and attended school in Montpelier until the third grade, when her family moved to a farm near Millarton, ND. Carol attended school there until a junior in high school, graduating from Jamestown High School in 1950. Carol married Robert E. Morris in Montpelier, ND on September 4, 1953 and made their home in Jamestown, ND until 1957 when they moved to Fargo, ND, where they have lived at 1846 16th Street South for more than 35 years.

She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, survived by husband, Bob, and daughters Candy Thompson, husband Rick and children Rob and Genna Thompson, Phoenix, AZ, Sandy Trudel, husband Jean and their sons Jamie and Joel Trudel, Bremerton, WA, Kathy Shaefer, husband Dennis and her sons Jason and Ben Schwartz, Kennewick, WA, Sheri Thoemke, husband Jamie, and their daughter Mandy Thoemke, Fargo, ND, and Nancy Morris, husband Joe Aas, and their daughters Ellen and Grace Aas, Fargo, ND. She was also survived by her sister Donna Labrensz, Bismarck, ND, and many nieces, nephews, and special cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dale, and grandson Tyler Thoemke.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 24, 2004 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Boulger Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. The funeral will be on Monday, October 25, 2004 at 1:30 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1715 52nd Avenue South, Fargo, ND. Following the burial, a lunch will be served at Hope Lutheran Church, South Campus, 3636 25th Street South, Fargo, ND.
