  6. Sabin MN
    Joyce and Family,

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Charlie, he was a wonderful man. I had the privilege of working with him for many years at Instant Graphics and enjoyed every one of his stories from his youth in the lakes area, adventures with his kids, WWF Wrestling gossip, and he’d always be willing to give out free golf and lawn tips, and if you ever had any Mathematic questions, Charlie was your man! (Bowman Family Tradition!) The world was a better place with Charlie in it, he will be dearly missed!

  7. Moorhead Minnesota
As a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Moorhead I was an acquaintance of Charlie. We interacted over the years before and after church worship services.

We were able to to work together in the bass section of the church choir where we both sang. I really appreciated singing next to Charlie as he could read music and had a wonderful voice. I learned how to sing each week’s piece much better thanks to Charlie.

In life you cross paths with people that you wish you had gotten to know better, but situations never seemed to allow it. Such it was with Charlie.

  8. Moorhead MN
We are so sorry to hear about Charlie. He was a very sweet man. We will miss seeing him in the neighborhood.

  9. Bismarck ND
My heart and prayers go out to Charlie’s family. I so wish I could be there tonight and tomorrow, however, my son is not doing well. I am so very sorry – Charlie was too young. He fought a hard battle. Whenever I saw him he was always smiling. He was such a kind man. I thank God for the opportunity to know Charlie. I know he will be watching over his family. I will hold dear the last correspondence he sent to me just checking on me and the kids to see how we were doing – checking on me in the midst of his struggling.

  10. Fargo It was my privilege to have known Charlie over many years at the VA Hospital. He was always positive and strong, facing his formidable health issues bravely and without complaint. I will miss our conversations, and I’m sorry for your loss. He was a good man.
