Darlene Lucille Rheault, 69, West Fargo, ND passed away at Essentia Hospital surrounded by her family on Monday, January 12, 2015.

Darlene was born September 13, 1945 in Fargo to Anton and Katherine Ibach of Fargo, ND.  She attended Shanley High School, Fargo.  She married Leonard Rheault on November 30, 1963 at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Fargo.  She worked in the family business at Dan’s Oil & Service, Inc. until retirement. 

They raised their four children in Horace, ND and Darlene currently resided in West Fargo.  Over the 35 plus years of marriage Darlene and Leonard enjoyed  weekends at their lake cabin, bowling, snowmobiling, traveling, playing cards with family and friends and many other activities until Leonard’s passing in Aprill, 1999.

Darlene took great joy and spent countless hours supporting her children and grandchildren by spending time and supporting them at their sporting events.

Darlene was survived by her children, Todd (Kathy) Rheault, Tim (Tani) Rheault and Lisa (Derek) Gilbertson, all residing in West Fargo.  Ten grandchildren:  Nichole (Joe) Krabbenhoft, Justin (Morgan) Rheault, Jordan, Brook, Brittany and Brynlee Rheault, Austen and Katie Gilbertson and Travis and Justin Brown and two great grandchildren: Easton and Kyler, brothers Jim (Vi) Ibach, Fargo, Larry (Jackie) Ibach, Audubon, MN,  Mike (Lori) Ibach, Fargo, Sisters, Angie Rogne, Fort Smith, AR,  Marcella Caldwell, Moorhead,MN, Shirley Bissel, Fargo and several nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her husband Leonard, daughter Tiffany (Rheault) Brown, her parents Anton and Katherine Ibach, two brothers Tony and Will Ibach and sister Helen Lee and father in law Daniel Rheault.

Was truly saddened to hear of her passing, as I have enjoyed many occasions with the Ibach family, and will really miss her witty, comical personality. Darlene was always welcoming, and her sense of humor and admiration for her children and grandchildren, was always visible. Whether it was from her comments, or her dancing eyes as she shared stories. May she rest peacefully and watch over from above, and may you find comfort in always having her in your heart, and in your memories. I know I will. My sincere condolences to you all, she will be greatly missed!! ;

She was such a great lady, and she and Leonard were true soul mates. She, Leonard and Tiffany are together again. My prayers are with you all at this difficult time. ;
