My sympathies to the family and friends of Dennis. I knew Dennis from Crystal Sugar 1974 to 1976. My Dad knew Dennis as a customer at his laundromat in S Fargo and my Dad loved talking baseball and politics with Dennis. My brother-in-law also worked with Dennis at Crystal Sugar around 1977-78 and they became friends. Dennis was easy to become friends with and I would have liked to play baseball with him in his prime. He was and is a good man.

We used to take our bicycles to the gas station when we had a flat and he would fix it for free. Meant a lot for us because we rode bikes 24/7 back in those days.
