Donald Paul

Donald August Paul, 73, of Fargo, ND passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2009 with his family at his side. Donald was born on the family farm near Buffalo, ND on November 17, 1935 to August and Irene (Gillund) Paul. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 1954. After high school he served in the U.S. Army for two years. He married Erlys Johnson of Kathryn, ND on December 17, 1959. Donald was a fifty-year continuous member of the American Legion Post #10 in Buffalo, ND. Donald is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Moyer and son-in-law, Dennis of Las Vegas, NV; three sons, Brian Paul of Dallas, TX, Brad Paul and daughter-in-law, Lynn of Fargo, ND, Daniel Paul of Dallas, TX; five grandchildren, Ryan Paul, Adam Moyer, Phillip Moyer, Paul Moyer and Amanda Westlund; a great grandson, Gabriel Michael Donald; two brothers, Dale (Ramona)Paul of Buffalo, ND, David Paul of Fargo, ND; and a sister, Donna (Ben)Foster of Springfield, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Irene Paul, his brother, Dennis Paul and his granddaughter, Rachel Moyer. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 11:00 am at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will be on Thursday at 3:00 pm at the Buffalo Cemetery in Buffalo, ND.
