Donald Rheault
Donald Rheault, age 85, passed away peacefully Friday, September 2, 2016 at Sanford Palliative Care, Fargo.
Don was born on April 5, 1931 in Glendive, MT to Victor and Laura (Richard) Rheault. They moved south of Horace, ND when he was a small child and farmed with his family. He was married to Patricia Woodruff on November 6, 1952. They resided in Horace. Don worked at the Union Stockyards in West Fargo, ND for 33 years as well as bartending at M&J Saloon and Steakhouse. He retired in 1993 at the age of 62.
He is survived by his children: Debbra (Steve) Wilson, Grand Forks, ND; David (Kathleen) Rheault, Moorhead, MN; Darlene Jensen, Fargo; DuWayne (Ruth) Rheault; Rollag, MN; Dale Rheault, Chesterfield, VA; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sisters: Marie Rheault, Fargo; Angela Sauvageau, Fargo; Virginia Hahn, Fargo.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Patricia; daughter, Diane Lahren; grandson, Kent Jensen; and eight brothers and sisters.
There will be a graveside service at 10:00am on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at St. Benedict's Catholic Cemetery in Wild Rice.
