Dorothy Mae (Kruger) Eggiman was born February 7, 1936, in Grandin, ND to Albert and Iola (Nutt) Kruger. She attended school in Moorhead, MN and graduated in Barnesville, MN. Her parents passed when she was 14 years old and was raised by her aunt and uncle, Lou and Paul McGrath. On April 5, 1957, she married Larry Eggiman and they made their home in Moorhead, MN where they raised their family. Dorothy worked outside the home with the majority of her years as a waitress at the Eagles. She loved her family, the outdoors and playing pranks on the ones she loved. Dorothy passed away peacefully Thursday, March 26 at Bethany Retirement Living in Fargo, ND, at the age of 84. Dorothy is survived by her 4 sons, Lonny (Kathy) Eggiman of Moorhead, MN; Lee (Kathy) Eggiman of Moorhead, MN; Dana (Becky) Eggiman of Barnesville, MN and Rod (Gale) Eggiman of Moorhead, MN; 9 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Gus Kruger. Dorothy is preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Kelly Quiggle and Allyson Graphenteen; her parents; 3 sisters, MaryLou Rheault, Ruth Meyer and Rose Gunderson and 2 brothers, Donald Kruger and Earl Kruger. A private Celebration of Life will occur at a later date.
