Bradley David Clark, DDS of Kindred, ND died Thursday, October 14, 2004. Brad was born on February 4, 1952 in Crookston, MN to James and Lois Clark of Stephen, MN. He graduated from high school in Stephen, MN in 1970. He graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead in 1974 and graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1978 with a DDS degree. He married Deborah Wettergren of St. Peter, MN on April 12, 1980. Brad practiced dentistry in Crookston, MN for five years before moving to Fargo and establishing Evergreen Dental Clinic in 1986. Brad is survived by his wife, Deb; 4 beautiful daughters, Chelsey (21) of Lakeville, MN, Katelyn (19) of Fargo, Jessica (18) of Kindred and Laine (14) of Kindred; his mother, Lois; 2 sisters, Cindy (Bruce) Bondy and Jami (Jeff) Nelson all of Stephen, MN and 6 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James and brother, Gregory. Dr. Clark had discontinued practicing dentistry and was awaiting a kidney transplant. Brad was well known and loved by his loyal patients for his gentle dentistry. In addition to his family, especially his daughters, Brad loved the outdoors, his hunting dogs, music, and reading. He was a very gentle man with a huge heart and will be greatly missed his family, friends, patients and staff. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at 2:00 pm at First Lutheran Church in Stephen, MN. There will also be a prayer service for patients and friends on Thursday, October 21, 2004 at 7:00 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
