Dr. Trinidad

Dr. Nicasio C. Trinidad, 75 of West Fargo died Saturday, August 2, 2008 at his home. Nicasio was born on October 11, 1932 in the Philippines to Godofredo and Jacinta (Cruz) Trinidad. His attended the University of Santo Tomas in Manila for Pre-Med. and graduated from Medical School at Manila Central University. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Nicasio married Corazon Dumlao on May 31, 1964 in Manila. He served in the US Army during Desert Storm and was honorably discharged as a Lt. Colonel. Nicasio retired from the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren and making trips to the Philippines to visit family. He also liked to spend time walking and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Corazon; 1 brother and 1 sister. Nicasio is survived by his children, Maria (Patrick) Baker of Hickson, ND, Gerardo Trinidad of Portsmouth, OH, Eduardo Trinidad of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Nicholas, Corissa, Tyson and Nia. Visitation: Tuesday, August 5 from 5-7 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo and one hour prior to Mass at the church on Wednesday. Funeral Mass: Wednesday, August 6 at 10:30 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, West Fargo. Interment: Wednesday, August 6 at 2:30 pm at Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, ND. Arrangements entrusted to Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
