Ethel Banville Kundin was born in Fargo, ND August 29, 1910, died June 07, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband's Benjamin Kundin, her second husband who she met at Kingsley Manor and Benoit L. Banville, her first husband of 40 years. Ethel Banville lived a very adventurous life travelling as a young woman after business college in Fargo to Alaska and finally in CA to work in the accounting field. She retired from Price Waterhouse as Administrative Supervisor in 1967. Ethel was responsible for the confidentiality and writing of the Academy Award announcement "the envelope, please" which was validated by Price Waterhouse. Her and Benoit travelled to many countries in the world especially after her retirement sharing her slides with her family and friends.

She was the loving cousin of Marvin (Mary)Huckle of Fargo, ND, Frank (Muriel) Gregerson, Maple Heights, OH and Rose Miller, Springfield, OH and aunt of many nieces and nephews. She served on the board of various associations, such as Catholic Daughters of America and was involved in her church, Our Mother of Good Counsel, LA.

She leaves many friends at Kingsley Manor where she resided for over 10 years especially "Elvie" and "Ava" her caregivers for the last years, as well as a dedicated staff at the Care Center. Family and Friends are invited to attend Graveside Services, Holy Cross Cemetery North, Fargo, ND on Thursday, June 16th. If you wish to remember Ethel, the family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contribution to a charity of your choice.
