Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. To Florence Hans family;
    My wife and I worked for Merle and Winnie for 7 years and we got to know both Leland and Florence, they both were very wonderful people and they really fun to talk to on an occasion. I am sorry for your family and I can only say that she was on the express elevator going up. I wish the world could be more like the both of them. John and Lorie Finstad

  2. This whole ordeal came as a huge shock to me. I spent Christmas and new years with her in AZ and everything seemed good. When she came back to Fargo things turned south real fast. I love the memories as a child going out to the farm and playing in the orchard. She will truly be missed. The only comfort in this is knowing she’ll be reunited with Lee and her brothers and sisters… LOVE YOU Florence!!!!

  3. I am so sorry to learn of Florence’s death. Fortunately, I saw Florence a few weeks ago in Arizona. My heart felt condolences to her family and friends.

  4. Florence and Leland were special neighbors. What a joy she gave me when Leland would stop and bring huge bouquets of gladiolus. They were beautiful. She was so talented and generous. So appreciated their friendship.
    A truly wonderful couple.

  5. Florence Hans was a great friend as well as coworker. She was a special lady. We corresponded over the years. She is missed.

  6. So sad to hear of Florence’s passing. I was going over my Christmas cards recently and found the one she sent with a nice long letter – she wrote it Dec. 2 while in AZ. I was shocked to see that she had passed – I guess I didn’t realize that she was ill. I am happy that her family got to be with her. She was my GCO at Northwestern Bell and was a great boss. I will miss her letters. 🙁
