    Long Prairie Minnesota
I was saddened to learn of the passing of Fr. Grady. I first knew Fr. Grady when he became pastor at St. Peter and Paul’s Parish in Mantador.

Fr. Grady became not only our pastor, but our basketball coach as well. He was the priest that taught me a lot about my Catholic faith and about basketball.

I wish I could have been at the funeral celebration, but I did not find out about it until today.

Fr. Grady has always been in my thoughts and prayers. He now deserves his eternal reward that he earned while on Earth.

God bless you, Fr. Grady, and we will see you again!!

Austin TXMy sympathy to Sr Anne Grady and to all those who were like family to Fr. Grady. I was an LPN at Riverview place from 2004-2012. Fr. would greet me many mornings and he always thanked me for taking good care of the residents of Riverview. He had a wonderful sense of humor and great love for our Lord. He is now a great intercessor for us.

I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to you. I think you may remember me, I worked for Jack Grady as a housekeeper. I remember you both very well. My prayers are with you.

I am sad to hear of Fr. Pete’s death but I know he is rejoicing in Heaven. Fr. Pete was a wonderful witness to the love that God has for us. I will always remember his kind and generous spirit, witty sense of humor, and the twinkle in his eyes.

We have stayed in touch with Father ever since he was our priest at St. Mary’s in Forman. He encouraged me to take organ lessons and I was head orgaist for many years becouse of his encouragement. In his gentle way he loved little jokes and when he had a rabbit car he always refered to it as Peter’s rabbit with a laugh. He was special priest, he will be in our thoughts and prayers for many years to come.

Father Grady was what a true priest was about. He was so kind to us and such a support to my husband Julian and myself. Irish to the core and a testament to Christ’s love.
