Francis "Franky" LuCille DuVall Hager, age 67, passed away November 6, 2011, at Delta, Utah. She was born February 4, 1944 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to William Arthur and LuCille Berg DuVall. She married William Hager on March 21, 1975 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He passed away on August 16, 2001.

Franky enjoyed traveling with Bill to his millwright work assignments across several states. Her career was in the area of restaurant management. She was active in community groups including the Veterans of Foreign Wars, quilt guilds in Kanab and Delta. Franky enjoyed quilting and hand work, gardening and crafts. After Bill's death in 2001 she moved to Utah living in Kanab for several years and more recently Delta, Utah. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her greatest joy. She was an active member in the Delta Community Presbyterian Church.

Franky is survived by her three children: Norma (Richard) Schmit, Chris (Tim) Brown, Jim (Dawn) Hager, 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brothers: Fred and Dutch DuVall and sisters: JoAnn Baker and Doris Wicorek. She was preceded in death by brother: Larry DuVall.

  1. Kanab, UTFranky had such a “dry” sense of humor and while working always had time to help choose a better color match for fabric, or a better idea of how to put things together.
