Helen (Fredrikson) Williams passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 4 surrounded by her family at Elim Care Center. Helen Fredrikson was born on February 3, 1912 to Peter and Julia Fredrikson of Davenport, ND. Helen grew up and attended school in Davenport. She attended her senior year of high school at NDAC (currently NDSU). Helen graduated from NDAC in 1934 with a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics. Helen was on the NDSU Alumni Board and was a life trustee for the NDSU Development Foundation Board. She was awarded the NDSU Alumni Achievement Award in 1981. Helen loved her church, her family, and her friends.
