Henry Larson Hillsboro, North Dakota Formerly of Reynolds, North Dakota Henry passed away on April 1, 2006, at the Hillsboro Medical Center Hospital at the age of 83. Henry was born on September 23, 1922, the son of Ben and Tilda (Tweten) Larson, in Reynolds, ND. He grew up in this area and attended school. After his education Henry began farming with his father on the family farm near Reynolds. Henry was united in marriage to Ona Mae Larson on June 28, 1944 in Drayton, ND. They made their home on a farm near Reynolds where they raised their family and farmed for many years. During his years in Reynolds, Henry was very active in the community serving on the Central Valley School Board, the Reynolds Elevator Board for over 20 years, the Oil and Fertilizer Boards, and also served as a Boy Scout Leader for a number of years. Henry was also active in his church where he served on the council. Henry was a patient, gentle man who will always be remembered for his kindness. He was a strong family man who loved his family dearly. Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years, Ona Mae of Hillsboro; his children, Patrick Larson of Alexandria, MN; Cindy (Larry) Whetzel of Hillsboro; John Larson of Hillsboro; and Jill (Robert) Majkrzak of West Fargo, ND; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sisters, Beverly Beaver of Olney, MD; Maxine (Neil) Block of Grand Forks, ND; and Carmen Bohlman of Thompson, ND. His parents; and his son, Jay Larson, preceded Henry in death.
