Janeth Pederson

janeth pederson
Janeth M. Pederson (Jan), 68, of Fargo, beloved mom, grandmother, nana, aunt and sister, left us on Oct 26, 2015; God needed an angel and he chose her. Jan was born Jan 30, 1947 to Eva (Hamilton) and Francis Dowling, she lived in North Dakota for a majority of her life, but also in Kentucky, Italy, Germany and Washington. Jan was a dedicated nurse; she started out as an LPN and obtained her RN after returning to school; she was a nurse for 38 years in different places: Germany, Fort Lewis, Washington, and the VA Hospital in Fargo; she touched many lives in those years. She had several passions: gardening, decorating, refinishing old furniture, one of her biggest passions and part of her legacy, is her sewing. Jan had a heart of gold, a smile that would light up any room, and her laugh was contiguous. She loved to life live; and to make and share memories with family and friends. She is now the guardian angel to her children: Connie Pederson (Robert Faulkner); Duane (Agnieszka Agnieszka Agnieszka) Pederson; her grandchildren: Ashlee, Brittany and Jacob; great granddaughter, Rainey; nieces: Mandy and Molly; nephews: Matt and Dan; as well as her two brothers: John and Clinton (Patty); may she always watch over and protect them all. Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2015 at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center, Fargo with a visitation one hour prior to services.

  1. I was a long time co-worker of Jan Pederson at the Veterans hospital for many years. My sincerest sympathy and condolences to Jan’s family. I know she will be dearly missed by them.

  2. I had the pleasure of working with Jan many times at the VA. She was a wonderful nurse, compassionate and kind in her dealings with her patients and with her co-workers. God has a special place for her in Heaven! She earned her angel wings many times over. May God Bless her memory. Blessings and condolences to her family.
