Obituary

Jeanette J. Kittock of Hillsboro, ND died unexpectedly at her home on November 11, 2008.

Jeanette Bommersbach was born on December 27, 1942 in Larimore, ND. She was employed at the Hillsboro Nursing Home for 25 years as a dietician. Jean was passionate about spending time with family and close friends. She enjoyed lake trips, fishing, and cooking out. She also loved working in her yard, taking care of her home and her beloved dog, Honey. She was a very loving, caring and forgiving woman. She always made friends everywhere she went. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Ed and Esther Bommersbach; step-father: Adolph Hassell; daughter: Donna Jean; brother: Edward Jr.; and niece: Lynne McKeever.

She is survived by her sisters: Kathryn Neil (Gene) Minot, ND, Marge Brown, Grand Forks, ND, Fran Landis (Joe) Larimore, ND, her children: Kim Haugen (Richard) Hillsboro, ND, Robin Gisvold (Randy) Carrington, ND, LeAnn Overbo (Bernie) Grand Forks, ND; Brad Kittock, Hillsboro, ND, her grandchildren: Sherrie Deshetski (Mike) Grande Prairie, TX, Brandon Vettel (Katie) Bismarck, ND and their daughter, Honor, Chris Vettel (Alicia) Bismarck, ND, Stacy Johnston (Jonan) and their son, Gage, Grand Forks, ND, Kaylee Foley (P.J.) and their children Breanna and Aaden, Hillsboro, ND, Crystal Overbo (fiance? Jesse McMullen) Grand Forks, ND, Jacob Bakken, Carrington, ND, and Bryan Overbo, Grand Forks, ND.

Memorial Service: 1:00 PM Friday, November 14, 2008 at Our Savior?s Lutheran Church in Hillsboro, North Dakota

Arrangements entrusted to the care of Wildeman Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

    I miss you so much grandma. I think of you still every single day. They say the feeling of a loss gets easier with time… But all that seems to be happening for me is that I miss you so much more.

    I cannot believe it’s been 7 years already! It still feels like it was just yesterday. There’s such a large piece of my heart that feels empty. I try to fill that hole with your memory… But sometimes I feel like I’m forgetting things.

    I will always love you. Until we meet again.
