They lived on Air Force bases in California and Alabama until settling in Moorhead, MN in 1975.
Kathy worked as a nurse at St. Ansgar’s in Moorhead and Dakota Clinic in Fargo, and she helped Larry run a photography studio until he passed in 2010. She served breakfast at Homewood Suites in Fargo and volunteered with the VA and AmeriCorps.
Kathy was a selfless, cheerful, positive, generous, spiritual, loving soul who lived to help others. Her home was always open (and often full) to short and long term guests. She loved to laugh, read, travel and just spend time with people. Her family and friends meant the world to her, especially her grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
