Katie passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014.
Katie was born on September 6, 1984 in Fargo, the daughter of Ron and Bev (Rogers) Christopherson. She grew up in Fargo and graduated from Fargo North High School in 2003. Katie excelled at volleyball and basketball throughout her high school career. She was a talented artist and loved racing BMX bikes, hunting and fishing. She loved her dogs, and especially her children and family meant everything to her.
She is survived by her parents, Ron Christopherson of Glenwood, MN and Bev (Tamim) Khromachou of Grand Forks, ND; her children – Drayke Berlin, and Bennie Rae Christopherson, both of Fargo; her brother, Jason (Mandy) Christopherson of West Fargo, ND; her sister, Cassie Christopherson of LaCrosse, WI and nephew, Waylon Hall; her grandparents, Maxine Christopherson and Toni Rogers; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Finneous Blair Christopherson.

So sorry to hear of Katie’s tragic passing! My thoughts and prayers for the loving presence, comfort, strength and peace of Jesus Christ to fill your hearts as dealing with everything. His Word promises that He will be with you always and meet your needs as trust Him, though do not understand. Sympathy to you all.
to Katie’s family, i’m sorry, as i just found out about Katies passing. I’ve always remembered her as quite a smart, funny, outstanding young lady, out of thousands of teenagers that worked for me over the years. My prayers to you, and so very sorry for your loss. God bless your family.

I attended North High School with Katie as a Spartan, the groups that we were in were pretty tight back in those days. I looked up to Katie, had a blast with her and adored her beauty. It was very nice to have known her and the travesty that has occurred is heartbreaking. I hope the best for her family and my condolences are in mind. The song “Heaven couldn’t wait for you” reminds me of her by Beyonce. I am very sorry for your loss. I will remember her as she was, as I saw her last. Too young, never would have thought…yet she was already successful in her short amount of time, she touched many lives greatly.

My daughter Jenny Johnson played traveling basketball with Katie for the Hornets. Katie was always a spark plug to the team always with a smile on her face. I saw Katie a few years ago she was visiting our church. It was nice to see her and catch up and as always she was very polite and had a big smile. We are so sorry for your loss.
