Kermit Irion

Kermit G. Irion, age 73, Fargo, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2004, at Innovis Health, Fargo. Kermit Gilbert Irion was born August 11, 1931, on his parents? farm in Dickey County, ND, the son of Martin and Ida (Richter) Irion. He grew up and attended school in Dickey County, ND. He lived in Fargo and worked with the North Dakota Department of Transportation as an Engineer. He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Hager in 1973 in Aberdeen, SD. He was preceded in death by his parents. Kermit is survived by his wife, Mary Ann of Fargo; four children, Wanita (Dave) Gilbert of Moorhead, MN, Bruce of Fargo, Bill (Stacey) of Fargo, and Brett of Moorhead; three grandchildren, Jackie, Jennifer (Matt), and Jessica, all of Moorhead; one great granddaughter, Andrea; two brothers, Marvin (Mary) of Dickinson, ND, and Cecil (Darlene) of Wahpeton, ND; and one sister, Anita (Pete Jr.) Flynn of Ellendale, ND. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Plymouth Congregational Church in Fargo. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be held in the church on Saturday one hour prior to services.
