What a beautiful service to honor the life of Larry. Everyone that knew Larry treasured their memories of him. Isn’t it something how each person he knew felt they had a “special” relationship with him. That just shows how important he made everyone around him feel. He’s been like a second dad to me since I can remember. I will treasure all the memories I have of him forever. My deepest sympathies to you Eileen, kids and grandkids along with his MANY very special friends.

  12. Huntingtown MarylandLarry lived across the street from my parent’s house in Kindred. We saw each other often and I was lucky enough to also play basketball with him at KHS. 50 years later I saw him at the 1961 class reunion. He looked great, sounded great and was still as funny as ever. Anyone who knew him will miss him. May he rest in peace.

  13. Fargo ND
I don’t know Larry’s family but I have known Larry since he first came to the Clubhouse so many years ago. I looked forward to our visits and just this past year I sat in the living room there and we talked for at least an hour.
I will cherish that good memory as he was always so cheerful and so grateful
He told me that day how much he loved his family and his life. I will be at the prayer service tomorow. Love,Hugs & Prayers Jo

  14. Gonzales LAEileen, Jeff and Family,

I am so gifted to be able to consider Larry a great friend….he and I could talk serious or laugh together….laughter was a gift he was able to share with many.
I will miss him dearly, as will many…..but not as you will miss him. Losing a spouse and father is very difficult. Please know that you are in my deepest thoughts and prayers during this time of loss.
Larry was a great friend….one who I learned from in every contact I had with him. He gave unselfishly to all his friends and loved and respected his family dearly.
