She was Deputy Clerk of Court for Valley City for a time. She married Richard ?Dick? Clarens on September 24, 1952 while Dick was on leave from the Navy. Leone was an avid reader who passed her love of books on to her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling with Dick and they had many wonderful trips together over the years. She was a wonderful cook and was especially known for her fantastic pies, cookies, and her delicate rosettes. Leone loved Christmas?it was her favorite time of the year.
