Loretta Borderud-Jalbert

Loretta Jane Borderud-Jalbert, 61, 1201 2nd Avenue North, Fargo, ND, formerly of Kindred, ND, died Thursday, May 8, 2003, in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo. Loretta Jane Borderud-Jalbert was born June 1, 1941, in Fargo, the daughter of Fred and Olga (Berg) Borderud. She attended country school in rural Kindred, and graduated from Kindred High School. She then attended Interstate Business College in Fargo. Loretta married William H. Talley at Norman Lutheran Church, rural Kindred. They lived in Fargo, Minneapolis, MN, and Kindred before moving to West Fargo, ND. She worked for Ben Franklin Craft stores in the Fargo area. They then moved to Kindred to care for Loretta?s elderly mother. Later, they moved to West Fargo, and most recently resided at University Manor in Fargo. She is survived by one son, Paul Talley, Fargo. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Norman Lutheran Church, rural Kindred. Visitation will be held in the church one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Burial will be in Norman Lutheran Cemetery, rural Kindred. Arrangements by Fredrikson Funeral Chapel, Kindred.
