Just letting you know how very sorry I am to hear about Lowell’s passing. One of the things I remember most about him was whenever he seen me & my sister, Kimberly, together, he always said “Wherever Big Sister is, Little Sister can’t be far behind.” He always had a friendly “Hello” & a big smile whenever we ran into each other & I always remember him working out in the yard & in the garden when you lived in Rock Lake He was always busy!!! Please know that my thoughts & prayers are with you & your family today & in the days to come.
