Lucille Hamry

Lucille Hamry, 88, Fargo, formerly of Kindred, ND, passed away Monday, January 20, 2003, in Villa Maria, Fargo. Lucille Rogne was born July 14, 1914, in Kindred, ND, the daughter of John and Emma (Paulson) Rogne. She grew up in the Kindred area, graduating from Kindred High School. She then attended Molly Martinson School of Music in Fargo. She was united in marriage to Earl Hamry on October 8, 1939, in Kindred. She served as organist for Kindred Lutheran Church for 52 years. She taught piano lessons in the Kindred area for 60 years. The couple moved to Villa Maria in Fargo in 1999. Mr. Hamry died June 29, 2001. She is survived by one son, Don (Vickie), Kindred; one daughter, Carol (Carman) Lynnes, Detroit Lakes, MN; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 2 PM in Kindred Lutheran Church, Kindred. Visitation will be held in the church from 11 AM - 2 PM on Friday. Burial will be in Kindred Cemetery.
