Marcia Geiger

Marcia K. (Lund) Geiger, 52, formerly of Kindred, died in her home under the care of Hospice in Sparks, NV on July 8, 2007. Marcia was born November 17, 1952 in Fargo, North Dakota to Floyd and Mildred (Eckre) Lund. She graduated from Kindred High School and attended Business College. Marcia worked for the Moorhead School District in Minnesota till 1983 when she married Roger and then moved to Phoenix, AZ. She worked for the Montessori Schools while residing in Phoenix. The Family relocated to Reno, NV in 1990 and Marica began working at John Ascugas Nugget as an administrative assistant. In 1991 she was offered a lucrative position as the assistant to the Vice President of Hunting World LLC where she worked till the end. Marcia loved shopping, crossword puzzles, and was a ceramic village collector. She was the greatest wife, mother, and grandmother. Marcia is survived by her husband, Roger, her daughter Danielle Park, Sparks, NV, her sister Paulette Capps, St Augustine, FL, a brother Larry Lund, Fargo, ND, two grandchildren Stephen Park, Sparks, NV and Taiber Haskins, Sparks, NV. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Mildred and Floyd Lund. The Funeral Service for Marcia will be Saturday, July 14th at 11:00am at the Fredrikson Funeral Chapel in Kindred, ND.
