Marie M. Grosinger, age 82, passed away at her Fargo, ND, home on December 27, 2004, while under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Marie M. Decker was born July 20, 1922 in Aberdeen, SD, to Elizabeth (Englehardt) and Harry Decker. Following graduation from Aberdeen Central High School in 1940, she was employed as a secretary in the Super Valu regional warehouse in Aberdeen. She was subsequently promoted to office manager. Marie was married to David J. Grosinger in Aberdeen on May 31, 1958. The couple made their home on the family farm south of Tower City, ND. The family moved to Moorhead, MN, and later to Miles City, MT. In 1981, they moved to Fargo, ND, where they lived continuously until Marie?s death. Marie enjoyed playing piano and organ, sewing, crocheting, stamp collecting, and seeing her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, David; two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian (Paula) Grosinger of Mandan, ND, and Craig (Janeal) Grosinger of St. Louis, MO; two grandsons, Anton and Nicholas; and three sisters, Katherine Ochs of Paynesville, MN, Anne Levy of Aberdeen, SD, and Virginia (Billy) Morris of Elgin, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Henry Decker and Joseph Decker. The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Fargo. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, with a prayer service at 8 p.m. Visitation will also be held in the church on Friday one hour prior to the funeral.
