Mary Masseth, 84, Fargo passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at Sanford Health, Fargo. Mary was born November 15, 1933 in Napoleon, North Dakota to Romaltus and Christine (Wald) Wangler. She attended school in Napoleon, North Dakota. Mary Wangler and Adam J. Masseth were married in Kintyre, North Dakota on June 17, 1953. Adam and Mary lived in the Wishek area until moving to Bismarck where they lived for 15 years. They moved to Fargo in 1968. Adam passed away in 2007. Mary resided in Fargo until her passing. She was a prayerful and loving mother who was an active member of Nativity Catholic Church, Fargo. She was a very devout Catholic and will be missed by her children, grandchildren and extended family. She is survived by her children, Marilyn Masseth, Fargo, ND; Georgie Young, Fargo, ND; Wayne (Jackie) Masseth, Horace, ND; Jacqueline Masseth, Fargo, ND and Gene (Liz) Masseth, Fargo, ND; 9 grandchildren, Rodney Masseth, Jordan (Natalie) Young, Jared (Mindy) Young, Lacey (Rory) Rossow, Ashley (Ryan) Johnson, Laura (Jesse) Flynn, Adam (Ashlee) Masseth, Sarah (Michael) Rhea and Molly (Ryan) Oas; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, Irene Neeham, Christine (Al) Weigel, Millie Schmidt, Marcy Bitz, Fran (Phil) Schloesser, Leona Werre, Helen (Sebastian) Schumacher, Tony Wangler, Mark Wangler, Tom (Jan) Wangler and Gary (Audrey) Wangler. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Adam and great-grandchild, Megan Rossow.

  3. Your Mother was a very special person and will be deeply missed by Fred and myself. She loved my Mother and mom had a special place in her heart for her as a sister-in-law. We are so sorry that we won’t be able to attend the Rosary or funeral as we will be in Redfield SD for our nieces funeral. Know that are hearts and prayers are with you at thisd time.
