Milo Taralson

Milo O. Taralson, 90 of Fargo, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Villa Maria in Fargo. Milo was born on March 7, 1919 near Ada, MN to Matthew and Lena (Hanson) Taralson. He grew up on the family farm near Ada and moved to Hammond, Indiana in 1965. While in Indiana he worked as a groundskeeper for the local cemetery. He moved back to Ada where he lived in the Wimmer Homes until he entered Villa Maria in 1996. Milo served in the US Navy from 1945-1947. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was always present at family functions. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Alvin. Milo is survived by his sister, Edna Johnk of Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Cliff (Ann) Taralson of Fargo and Lester Taralson of St. Paul, MN and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Memorial Service: Friday, May 8 at 11:00 am at Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo. Arrangements entrusted to Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
