Pamela Lewis

Pamela Lewis, 54, of Fargo passed away on Monday morning at Sanford Health in Fargo.
She was born on January 27, 1957 in Germany. Pamela resided in Fargo for the majority of her life. She attended Minnesota State University of Moorhead as well as Staples Vocational Technical College for graphic design. She worked at the Fargo Forum for 21 years. She also worked for Moorhead Youth Hockey Association. Pamela grew up in the Presbyterian faith where she was confirmed and married. She is survived by her children: Ryan Lewis of Moorhead, Sadie Lewis of Fargo; parents Elton and Janice Ruble of Albert Lea, MN; Sister Carol (Kit) Waddle of Spokane, WA; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Robin Lewis.

When I saw the notice my heart sank…I worked with Pam at The Forum for many years. I remember fondly her smiling face and laugh. She is one of those people that made your day brighter by talking with her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family – Sheila Stastny

She was a huge part of my growing up.
I used to love to come over and watch her paint rocks, she was soooo talented.
I didnt have any sisters so I looked up to Pam (and Carol) She was funny and sweet and kind and always listened.

I am so sorry to hear about Pam. I will remember all the good times spent with her.
Pampa TexasOur hearts go out to the Lewis and Ruble Families for the loss of their daughter, sister and mother. We will always remember the neighbors we hung out with for many years and enjoyed some of the best years of our lives. Pam was always the level headed one when we were always thinking of something new to try. We will remember to keep her in our hearts and pray that the families are are doing as well as can expected during this hard time.

When I heard about Pam’s passing, I was shocked. We had planned on getting together and going out. She had a beautiful heart and always a smile. I will miss Pam. The Lord be with her family, especially her children. May she rest in peace with her Lord.6BR7E

Oh . . . this is such a shock . . . I saw Pam’s face in the Forum and I knew there was something familiar about that face . . . and when I realized who it was I was saddened, but memories came flooding back!
Bell choir, laughing, Church trips, painting stones, more laughing, playing piano, your wonderful little dachshound, beautiful antiques in your home on 4th street, biking Fargo and more laughing.
I ran into Pam once in Staples, it was New Years Eve – what a delightful surprise!
We always talked about getting together and we never did . . . oh how I wish we had!
My heart and prayers go out to Sadie and Ryan (who I never met) and to Elton and Janice . . . and Carol. You were there during those great times.
