So very sorry to hear that Uncle Phil has passed away.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.

When that day happens Uncle Phil will walk to us and greet us. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family.

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Phil. As Chief of Police for West Fargo I knew the communications within our department was always professional with Phil as our Chief Dispatcher.

Phil always had a positive attitude a pleasant smile, greeted and treated everyone with respect.
No matter what the weather you could count on Phil to be there for his shift and if others couldn’t make it, Phil came in.

Our sincere sympathy to all of Phil’s family & friends.
