We will miss our talks with Phyllis as we delivered some of her meals. She would brighten up at susie and insist on welcoming us into her home to sit and talk. I belive that is a long forgotten custome that I greatly miss.
I too remember searching threw the home looking for lost treasures anding in some big boy games.
when Alzheimers takes over, you fear that all is lost yet it is not, little clues keepwaking up memories. Thank you Phyllis, for those talks and sharing those memories with us..
May god be looking over all the famillies,’Janie and Sally hold tough.

Dear Janie and Sally and families:

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I hope that everyone is doing OK.

I remember hanging around in your “big” house and marveling at your parents huge bedroom. Way before the idea of “master bedroom with a connected bath”. I believe that your Mom had a dressing table (?) and some huge closets (?) and we would sneak in there sometimes and look around. I always liked being at your house.

Take care, all of you, and I’ll say a prayer for your mother. Regards, Laura Pancratz Isensee

  15. I will miss Phyllis. She was such a sweet lady. I am so glad I got to know her before her Alzheimers got worse. I will miss her kissy faces and they way she would even look at a puppy. She was so kind and will never be forgotten.

    Sincerely, Vanessa Bryn
