Randall Miller, 85, formerly of Fargo, died Thursday, July 17, 2003 at Innovis Hospital, Fargo, ND. Randall Karl Miller was born January 14, 1918 at Lynchburg, ND to Gustave and Minnie Miller. He attended school at Goshen. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army in World War II in Europe. He married LaVerne Krueger August 4, 1941, and they farmed near Durbin, ND until he retired in 1980. They moved into Fargo and he worked as a groundskeeper for the Fargo Country Club and later for Sunset Memorial Gardens. He was a member and past commander of the Casselton VFW Post #4655. Laverne died in 1992. He was a resident at the Arthur Good Samaritan Center in Arthur, ND since August 2000. He is survived by two sons and four daughters: Judy (Lindsey) Bosch, Roswell, NM, Sharon (Ken) Waldorf, Hunter, ND, Jerry (Susie) Miller, Cripple Creek, CO, Bette (Ronald) Jalbert, Devils Lake, ND, Donna Miller, Fargo, ND and Jim (Mary Ann) Miller, Page, ND; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, LaVerne; four sisters; one brother; and his parents.
